Who says Country Music is all whining rednecks all the time? Raul Malo was born in Miami to Cuban parents and for many years was the lead singer of the Mavericks, a CMA award winning band. He's definitely not a redneck and there's no whining. No whining whatsoever. Excuse me while I dance a little.
