Black Coffee: Lacy J. Dalton
Rain started in the night. Still coming down. At least it's finally warmed up a bit. Think I need a little Black Coffee to get the old synapses firing this morning.
Black coffee, man I was raised on that stuff! My mother used to call her coffee "Axtia Phodia". Where she got the term I don't know, but man, with a cup of that stuff you could out-run rabbits. The song kinda makes you want to stick your head in the oven!!!
Buck, I played that Lacy J. thing fairly early; maybe it was that tune that gave me the all day blues. Which vehicle do you use in the snow (Miata or cycle)?
That's a great (but depressing) tune from Miz Lacy.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad your WX broke. We're under a winter storm watch and anticipating the year's first snowfall. Oh, Goodie.

ReplyDeleteScooney, your Mom could make a mint with that Axtia Phodia java today. It could be bigger than Red Bull and probably would taste a lot better too.
